Police are searching for a missing County Durham teenager who may have travelled to Manchester.
Concern is growing for the welfare of Carlos Grundy, 16, who has been missing since Saturday, May 18.
He was last seen leaving his home in Consett at around 12.50pm to catch the bus to Newcastle.
Carlos was due home at 8pm later that day, but did not return.
He has links to Manchester and is thought to have travelled there.
A Durham Constabulary spokesperson said: "Carlos is described as being around 5ft 7inches tall and has short, curly, dark brown hair.
"He was wearing a bomber jacket with a dark blue hooded top on underneath, black tracksuit bottoms, black and white Nike trainers and wears a pink spike earing in his left ear.
"Anyone with any information on his whereabouts should call Durham Constabulary on 101, quoting incident number 223 of May 18."
