Police say they are concerned about a 92-year-old man who has gone missing from Hyde.
John Deakin was last seen in the town near the Shepherds Call public house.
It is believed he may have caught a bus from Hyde to Stockport arriving at about 6pm this evening.
He is described as white, 5ft 9in, very thin with receding grey hair, blue eyes and a local accent.
John is wearing a smart suit-type jacket with trousers, a blue shirt and a dark tie.
Anyone with information is asked to please ring 999 and quote incident number 2032-06062019.
22:10 UPDATE - Police have reported that John has been found safe.
