Oil & gas software firm Concept Systems has opened a new Edinburgh office in the city’s Canonmills area.
The company has signed up for 4,744 sq ft at the newly refurbished Broadside office building on Powderhall Road.
Martin Tannen of building owner Ropetune Limited said: “The primary focus of the refurbishment at Broadside was on delivering cost effective contemporary workspace. The project has transformed the look and feel of the building and we are delighted that Concept Systems have signed up to take space so quickly after completion of the works.”
Concept Systems will join Citizens Advice Scotland, who use Broadside as their head office. The letting leaves 14,000 sq ft of contemporary open plan office accommodation available on the ground and second floors.
Mark Allan Property Consultants advised Concept Systems while Cushman & Wakefield advised Ropetune.
