'Complete shambles!' Cardiff City fans speak minds and call for change after West Brom hammering

Cardiff City were on the receiving end of their second hammering in the space of four days, going down 4-0 at home to West Brom.

The disheartening result came on the back of a 5-1 defeat by Blackburn Rovers last time out, a game which left the fanbase shell-shocked and manager Mick McCarthy "concerned".

Those feelings will only have been exacerbated on Tuesday night, with the Bluebirds going down meekly against the Baggies in the Welsh capital.

Setting up with five centre backs and Kieffer Moore on the bench didn't help the mood, but 90 minutes of lacklustre football sparked boos at the final whistle.

Nine goals conceded in four days is not a great look at all and pressure is now mounting on the shoulders of the boss.

Defeat by the high-flying Midlanders is no real disgrace - they are Premier League regulars and boast a very good squad - but it was the manner of the loss that really stuck in the throats of supporters who spoke their minds at full time.

The result leaves the Bluebirds in 16th place after 10 games played. They've lost the last four matches in the league.

Cardiff facing Reading at Cardiff City Stadium on Saturday which has all the hallmarks of a cup final for McCarthy.
