A new Edinburgh restaurant booking service is holding a competition to win a free meal worth £50 as it launches in Edinburgh.
First Table is a website which allows diners to halve the price of their meal if they book the first table of the evening at participating restaurants. There's a £5 fee to secure the discount.
The service launched on Monday, with eateries including La Favorita in Leith, Los Argentinos in Newington and Boteco Do Brasil in Old Town taking part.
First Table are running a competition, which closes on Thursday night, offering a £50 dining experience to those who sign up.
They say: "First Table is launching in Edinburgh on Monday 13 May with a fantastic bunch of restaurants offering 50% off their first table of the night!
