Como 'agree deal' to sign Celtic's Nicolas Kuhn as transfer fee revealed

Como have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Celtic's Nicolas Kuhn.

The winger scored 21 goals and assisted 15 in the season gone by as his club won a domestic double.

Kuhn's future has been a hot topic of discussion this summer, and he now looks set to move on.

Renowned transfer guru Fabrizio Romano claims that Como have agreed a €19 million (£16.4m) deal with Celtic to bring Kuhn to the Serie A.

Personal terms are said to have been agreed upon, too, with a medical to follow.

Kuhn joined Celtic at the beginning of 2024 from Rapid Vienna for £3.5m.

Although he initially struggled amid an oral operation, he soon found his feet at the start of last season.

A brace against RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League truly put him on the map.

He will link up with his old Celtic teammate, Alex Valle, at Como, and will work under former Barcelona, Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.

Kuhn follows Greg Taylor out the departure door, although Celtic have already signed four players this summer.

Kieran Tierney and Ross Doohan both returned to the club, as Benjamin Nygren swapped Denmark for Scotland. Young Fulham striker Callum Osmand was also recently added to the Parkhead ranks.
