A Cheshire-headquartered global commercialisation partner for the life sciences industry, which works with the likes of AstraZeneca, Pfizer and GSK, has acquired a Chicago-based digital healthcare agency.
Fishawack Health has snapped up Closerlook LLC for an undisclosed sum.
The acquired company uses artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to develop "omnichannel strategies" and "creative and digital media solutions" for life science brands.
