The end of summer needn't be bad news, as the start of September brings with it a brand new crop of Netflix offerings.
The highly-anticipated reboot of London-based drama Top Boy will land online on September 13, with stars Ashley Walters and Kane Robinson set to reprise their roles alongside a line-up of cast members that includes rappers Little Simz and Dave. The series, which originally aired on Channel 4, has been revived courtesy of rapper Drake after he decided to buy the rights and sees drug dealers Dushane (Walters) and Sully (Robinson) face off against a new generation of gang leaders.
Sacha Baron Cohen is set to star in a new Netflix thriller, The Spy, in which he plays an Israeli secret agent attempting to infiltrate the Syrian government, while Gwyneth Paltrow will make her return to the small screen in The Politician, a drama from Ryan Murphy which follows an ambitious teen (played by Ben Platt) looking to kickstart a political career.
Horror fans, meanwhile, will want to investigate The I-Land, a terrifying new series which appears to have been inspired by the infamous Fyre Festival debacle.
Original content aside, films including critical darling Call Me By Your Name and 80s classic Dirty Dancing will also be landing on your Netflix home screens.
