Comic Con Hollywood star Mickey Rourke confirmed for Liverpool exhibition

Liverpool Comic Con has announced its first star for 2020 - Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke.

Rourke is well known for his acting and boxing career, having appeared in a whole host of films.

Perhaps best known for his starring roles in the cult classic action film Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man, Rourke will be giving fans the chance to grab his autograph and take photographs together.

Rourke made his comeback to acting in 2005, with roles in Sin City, Iron Man 2 and The Expendables.

The star will appear at both days of the convention, taking part in question and answer sessions, signings and giving photo opportunities.

The hugely popular convention returns to the Exhibition Centre in on March 6 - 8 2020.

Tickets for Liverpool Comic Con are on sale now.

Tickets for photo opportunities with Mickey Rourke go on sale tonight (June 27) at 7pm via www.comicconventionliverpool.co.uk.
