Comedian Limmy mobbed by Glasgow fans as he records late night scenes in the city

Scots funnyman Limmy  stunned fans out and about in Glasgow  last night as he took to the streets to reminisce in the city.

The comedian was live streaming on social media and was mobbed by fans - with many desperate to bag a kiss with the Glasgow comic.

One fan can be heard bragging: "Yass, I've just kissed Limmy."

The 45-year-old visited a number of locations in the city centre where he spoke candidly about his past.

The funnyman - real name Brian Limond - was first recognised by a busker outside TGI Fridays, on Buchanan Street.

The busker asked Limmy what song he would like played, before a drunk couple asked the comedian for a kiss.

And it wasn't long before the rest of Glasgow started lining up to have their picture taken with the popular entertainer.

The Glaswegian, most well known for his BBC sketch show 'Limmys Show'  is also very well known for his online twitter wind-ups and live streams.

He was most recently on screen with new show 'Limmy's homemade sketch show' on BBC 1 .
