The makers of Come Dine With Me are heading to Wirral and St Helens and are looking for budding chefs to apply for the new series.

Come Dine With Me was previously forced to stop filming last year because of covid-19, but now producers are ready to start filming series 18 and 19.

The makers of the programme are now calling for residents across Wirral and St Helens to put their culinary skills to the test.

And here is how you can apply.

In order to apply you must be aged 18 or over and must not be a trained chef.

You must also be a legal resident in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and be currently living in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

The makers of Come Dine With Me said filming will adhere to the government guidelines and production health and safety protocols and follow all risk assessment recommendations to minimise the risk of exposure to Covid-19.

If you are successful, you will be fully briefed on their Covid-19 protocols.

For any questions about Come Dine With Me or your application, contact cdwm@multistory.tv or find out more here.

The closing date for entries is September 10.
