Over the last 15 years, the smash-hit Channel 4 series Come Dine With Me has provided us with our fair share of iconic television moments.
From "Stirloin steak" to Dear Lord, what a sad little life Jane", the reality cooking show has given viewers some seriously rib-tickling quotes.
Now, following a number of celebrity spin-offs and a small hiatus, the culinary competition is BACK with a brand new look and more sophisticated concept.
Come Dine With Me: The Professionals' which will launch on Channel 4 in the coming weeks, will see a batch of professional chefs battling it out for an impressive cash prize and to be crowned the best independent eatery of their town, county or city.
Each self-contained episode will feature three restaurants represented by a partnership of two experts - for example the owner and head chef - who will welcome their rivals for a meal that they hope bag them a high score.
The sit-down dinner will also take place during a normal service, so the visitors will have the chance to check out the atmosphere, the food and the service... no pressure then!
The legendary voiceover Dave Lamb will also return to bring the action together as narrator of each programme.
Come Dine With Me: The Professionals will begin on Channel 4 and All 4 in 2022.
