If you and your partner fancy yourself as handy in the kitchen, then this is your chance to prove it.
Couples Come Dine With Me is back and producers of the hit Channel 4 show are on the lookout for willing Welsh contestants to take part in the famous show.
Culinary couples are being sought ahead of the next series, with filming beginning later this year.
And if you do manage to pull off a top three-course meal, keep the guests happy and play at being perfect host then you could walk away with £1,000 in prize money.
The show is known for its socially awkward moments, kitchen disasters and odd combination of dinner guests from all walks of life.
The only criteria is that you must be over 18, in a couple and not working or have trained as a professional chef.
The shoot will take place between July 2 to July 5 2019.
