Come Dine with Me appeals for Nottingham contestants - but there's a major change

The hit Channel 4 cooking show, Come Dine With Me, is on the lookout for contestants from Nottingham who think they have the culinary talent and perfect dinner party hosting skills to scoop the £1,000 prize.

Five strangers, who love to entertain, have to rustle up a three-course meal that will wow their rivals.

The only criteria is that entrants are over 18 and not working or trained as a professional chef.

However, there is one significant change to how filming will work in this series due to Covid.

Instead of visiting each other's homes for the dinner party, the show will be filmed at a centralised independent location.

"Following the success of previous episodes in Nottingham we are back looking for hosts to create the recipe for success. We are looking for keen cooks with bags of energy and who are up for the challenge of winning £1,000," said casting producer Sasha Risner.

The shoot will take place between Sunday September 12 and Friday September 17.
