Independent theatre company Ranters put on a voyeuristic performance, inviting the audience in on a conversation between three people who are trying to reshape their physical and emotional selves. The conversations are broken up by moments of eccentric dance and song.
Directed by Adriano Cortese, the production takes the three characters across the globe from snow-topped mountains to erupting volcanoes, visually realised by award-winning artist Callum Morton (who designed the set for MTC’s Endgame). As they glide to the edge of the world, the chasm between their actual lives and dreamed realities opens up.
