A woman is in hospital after being hit by a car this morning.
The collision happened on the Comber Road, Newtownards , at around 7.30am on Sunday morning, May 5.
It's understood a dog was also injured.

A PSNI spokeswoman said: "A woman has been taken to hospital after she was struck by a car on Comber Road, Newtownards. The collision occurred at around 7.30am.
"It's understood a dog was also injured. The road is closed at present."
