The Indianapolis Colts (0-1) are on the road again in Week 2 in a matchup with the Tennessee Titans (0-2) at Nissan Stadium.
After a season-opening loss, the Colts are looking to bounce back against their division foe. While there are reasons to be optimistic that can happen, there are also reasons for concern.
Here are three causes for concern in Week 2 as the Colts face the Titans:

Titans defense is legit
Entering the 2019 season, the Titans had a defensive unit that got some love, but it was mostly a group that would be considered underrated. They are trending upward, though, following their strong performance in Week 1 shutting down the Cleveland Browns.
With playmakers at all three levels of the defense, the Titans could present plenty of challenges for the Colts. The pass rush will be one to stop with a group that features Harold Landry, Jurrell Casey and Cameron Waker.
The Colts will also have to monitor linebacker Jayon Brown, safety Kevin Byard and cornerback Logan Ryan.

Derrick Henry has enjoyed playing the Colts
The Colts front seven has a tough challenge awaiting them in the form of Henry, who has been on fire since Week 14 of the 2018 season. He continued his dominance in Week 1 against the Browns and will have his sights set on the Colts—a team he has had success against in his career.
Not counting the first two games he played against the Colts where he recorded just one carry, Henry has been efficient and effective in the last four games against the Colts. In that span, Henry has taken 57 carries for 349 rushing yards and one touchdown. He’s averaged 6.12 yards per carry against the Colts since 2017.
Keeping Henry from getting downhill is the key for the front seven, but they will be faced with a tough challenge one week after getting gashed by the Chargers backfield.

Can Jacoby Brissett find same success as Andrew Luck?
It would be difficult to find an athlete that had the same amount of success against a single team than Luck did against the Titans. He absolutely dominated them throughout his career—never losing a contest. Now, Brissett will be looking to continue that trend.
The Colts have won 11 of the last 13 games against the Titans. The two games they lost in that span? 2017 when Brissett was the starter. Of course, the situation is entirely different, and he has a much better supporting cast. But the Titans appear better as well and are coming off of a huge momentum win on the road.
Brissett will be looking to begin a streak of his own, but there are questions as to whether that will begin on Sunday.
