Colts’ veterans set to report for training camp

Can you feel it? The regular season continues to get closer upon us as the Indianapolis Colts veterans are set to report for training camp on Wednesday before it officially opens on Thursday.

The Colts’ rookies filed in on Sunday to get acclimated a few days before the madness starts. The veterans follow suit on Wednesday without any issues or contract holdouts to worry about. It’s all business.

With training camp finally arriving this week, football Sundays are creeping even closer. The Colts are expected to have one of the best teams in the NFL with the chance to make a run at a top seed in the AFC.

They will have their share of competition both in the division and in the conference for a playoff spot but the outlook is bright given the roster that is returning under second-year head coach Frank Reich.

The Colts will officially begin training camp Thursday at Grand Park in Westfield with all of the practices free and open to the public.
