The Indianapolis Colts wide receiver corps is expecting to make a jump in production after a lowly 2018 season, which led the team to invest in both free agency and the draft this offseason.

Background
Ever since the Colts selected Hilton in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft, he’s been a model of consistency. His touchdown totals might be a little low, but he’s done all he can to prove he belongs in the conversation as one of the top wide receivers in the league.
That notion continued in 2018 when Hilton enjoyed one of his finest seasons. The FIU product recorded 76 receptions for 1,270 yards and six touchdowns while leading the NFL in receiving yards over the final six weeks of the regular season.
2019 Outlook
Showing no signs of slowing down, Hilton will once again reprise his role as the star-studded leader of the wide receiver corps. If all goes according to plan, Hilton can very well put up some career-high numbers in his eighth season.
Hilton struggled with injuries during the 2018 season and while he was able to overcome them during the second half, staying as healthy as possible is a major key for the entire offense.
With Andrew Luck returning better than ever in a creative offense led by head coach Frank Reich and the addition of some new faces to take some attention off of Hilton, the 29-year-old is in line for a big season.
Bottom Line
The Colts offense is strong enough as it is, but Hilton is able to take the unit to the next level with his ability to thrive both as a horizontal target and a vertical threat. Big things are ahead in 2019 for Ghost.
