Colts trade No. 26 pick to Redskins

The Indianapolis Colts have traded the No. 26 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft to the Washington Redskins.

Colts general manager Chris Ballard has been extremely open throughout the pre-draft process about trading back out of the first round. He found his suitor late Thursday night in the Redskins.

The Colts were always liable to move back in the draft out of the first round depending on how the board looked when they were on the clock. They get a solid haul from the Redskins.

The Colts will be receiving the No. 46 overall pick in the draft and a 2020 second-round pick in exchange for the No. 26 pick.
