Colts to host joint practices with Browns in preseason

Though the preseason is still months away, the Indianapolis Colts will be hosting three joint practices with the Cleveland Browns leading up to their preseason game.

Held at Grand Park, the Colts will be hosting a Browns team that should have plenty of buzz going on, especially with the new addition of wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.

The connection between Browns general manager John Dorsey and Colts general manager Chris Ballard likely played a role in the teams agreeing to have joint practices.

Both teams are considered among the rising stars of the AFC. The Colts are fresh off a 10-6 season reaching the AFC divisional round set to reload with franchise quarterback Andrew Luck and nine picks in the 2019 NFL Draft.

The Browns boast a young, stellar offense led by Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb, Jarvis Landry and now the aforementioned Beckham Jr.

The details of the joint practice have not been announced yet, but it seems the Browns are traveling to Indy for three practices before the second preseason game.
