Colts to host 41 prospects at local pro day

Preparing for the 2019 NFL Draft, the Indianapolis Colts are hosting their annual local pro day for several prospects on Saturday at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center, the team announced.

The Colts released the full list of 41 prospects that will be participating in the pro day, which includes 11 players from Indiana and 11 players from Purdue. In total, there are 14 schools being represented at the local pro day. The list is tentative and subject to change.

While the majority of these players are likely going to be Day 3 picks or undrafted free agents, the Colts will still use this opportunity as a last chance to look up-close at some prospects.

It seems the Colts always find one or two prospects from the pro day that eventually stick around during the summer and even into the seasons. Defensive end Anthony Winbush, wide receiver Krishawn Hogan and offensive lineman Deyshawn Bond are some notable names that eventually landed spots on the roster.

The draft is officially two weeks away, and the pro day will be the final time the Colts get to look at some of these prospects in person before hitting the draft room for three consecutive days.
