Colts’ snap counts from Week 11 win over Packers

The Indianapolis Colts (7-3) fought back hard to defeat the Green Bay Packers (7-3) on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium, 34-31, in overtime.

It was a wild and crazy win that proved the Colts belong in the conversation among the top teams in the league. From timely turnovers to big plays from the offense, the Colts got it done in all three phases on Sunday.

Here’s a look at the offensive snap counts in Week 11:

Notes

  • Rookie RB Jonathan Taylor led the backfield in snaps (56%) and carries (22). It was a strong performance and one the Colts have been wanting to see for a while.
  • Rookie WR Michael Pittman Jr. paced the wide receiver corps in snaps (80%) while his 45-yard touchdown helped him pace the offense in receiving yards (66).
  • With Braden Smith inactive due to a thumb injury, Chaz Green and Le’Raven Clark rotated at right tackle.
  • The TE room featured a two-headed attack with Jack Doyle and Mo Alie-Cox. But Trey Burton came away with a huge touchdown catch.

Here’s a look at the defense and special teams snap counts:

Notes

  • S Julian Blackmon, S Khari Willis, LB Darius Leonard, CB Xavier Rhodes and CB Kenny Moore were the only players to see 100% of the snaps on defense.
  • CB Rock Ya-Sin played 93% of snaps, suggesting the Colts were in nickel packages for the majority of the game.
  • With Denico Autry on the reserve/COVID-19 list, DE Tyquan Lewis saw a season-high 82% of snaps.
  • DE Kemoko Turay saw limited work in his 2020 debut.
