The Indianapolis Colts signed defensive end Obum Gwacham and waived defensive tackle Chunky Clements, the team announced Thursday.
Gwacham was among those that participated in the Colts minicamp this week on a tryout basis. He’s played in 15 career games since entering the league as a sixth-round pick in 2015.
The 28-year-old was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks and has spent time with the New Orleans Saints (2015-16), Arizona Cardinals (2017) and New York Jets (2017). He also spent time with the Arizona Hotshots in the AAF in 2018 and the Saskatchewan Roughriders (2019).
He’s totaled 10 tackles, 2.5 sacks and one forced fumble in his career.
