Indianapolis Colts training camp is officially just a few days away, and the rookie class will get a head start as they reported Sunday.
With training camp officially getting underway Thursday as the first day of practice, the rookies will get situated a few days early. The entire rookie class is under contract after third-round pick Bobby Okereke signed his deal shortly following the conclusion of minicamp during the spring.
The rookie class brings about a lot of excitement—even if they are a group that won’t be given starting spots right off the bat. They will have to earn that through training camp and the preseason.
Early draft picks like cornerback Rock Ya-Sin, defensive end Ben Banogu and wide receiver Parris Campbell will get all of the buzz, but the entire group will be exciting to watch as training camp unfolds.
