Colts remove DE Carroll Phillips from PUP list

The Indianapolis Colts removed defensive end Carroll Phillips from the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list, the team announced Tuesday.

The Colts made a pair of moves Monday placing wide receiver Daurice Fountain on the Non-Football Injury (NFI) list to go along with Phillips on the PUP list.

However, it appears Phillips will be ready to go for training camp—which officially begins Thursday at Grand Park in Westfield.

The 26-year-old will be battling for a roster spot when training camp begins. He had five tackles in six games with the Colts during the 2018 regular season.
