Colts remain slight home favorites over Jaguars in Week 6

The Indianapolis Colts (2-2-1) will go into the Week 6 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars (2-3) remaining slight favorites.

Opening the week as favorites, the Colts will remain that way for this divisional matchup. The lines haven’t shifted much at all since the opening odds.

Here are the updated betting odds for the Week 6 matchup at Lucas Oil Stadium, according to Tipico Sportsbook:

Spread Moneyline Total Points
Jacksonville Jaguars (2-3) +2.5 +115 O 42.5
-108
Indianapolis Colts (2-2-1) -2.5 -135 U 42.5
-112

The only thing that changed here from the opening line was the total points bumping up one. That may be due to running back Jonathan Taylor returning to practice.

While the Colts have had their struggles on the road against the Jaguars, they’ve had the opposite results at home during Frank Reich’s tenure. They haven’t lost a game at home against the Jaguars during that span.

Whether they can overcome their offensive line issues remains to be seen, but they will be favorites going into the weekend.
