Colts paying employees full compensation during restricted times

Amid the coronavirus outbreak, the Indianapolis Colts have taken measures to ensure the safety of their employees, including restricted access to the team’s facility.

The Colts have restricted all non-essential personnel from working at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center and while this means employees can’t show up for work, the team will be fully compensating those who aren’t allowed access to the facility.

This has been a trend in the sports world. While the country attempts to limit crowded areas in hopes to keep the virus from spreading as quickly as it has, employees have taken a hit given that they aren’t allowed to show up for work.

But the Colts are one of many teams to make sure their employees are well compensated during this difficult time of restricted access, especially for those who aren’t deemed essential personnel.

During times of crisis, this is nice to see from a team to make sure their employees are covered.
