The Indianapolis Colts had the best tight end room in all of football in 2018, and some of the credit must go to the emerging Gigantor of a man in Mo Alie-Cox.
Though he served mainly as a blocker, the Colts did use his freak athleticism and size in the passing game. The most notable play of his season came in Week 8 against the Oakland Raiders when he reached up in the end zone to make a spectacular one-handed catch.
The catch was truly incredible as Alie-Cox adjusted his body to reach up and haul in the catch. It was ranked as the No. 76 best play of the 2018 season. The play starts at the 4:58 mark of the video.
Alie-Cox emerged as a starter down the stretch due to injuries and while his role consisted mostly of being a blocker, he showed he can make an impact in the passing game as well.
