Colts’ Darius Leonard, Clayton Geathers return to practice

The Indianapolis Colts (3-2) are coming off of the bye week well-rested and ready for the Houston Texans (4-2). They returned to practice on Monday following their Week 6 bye.

Among those that returned to practice included linebacker Darius Leonard and safety Clayton Geathers—both of which have been dealing with concussions.

Leonard has missed the last three games due to a concussion but made it known that he was cleared from the league’s protocol during the bye week. It has yet to be made official, but his presence at Monday’s practice is another sign that he could play in Week 7.

Geathers missed the Week 5 game against the Chiefs due to a concussion but with a week off, it appears he’s getting closer to returning. It isn’t clear how far along Geathers is in the league’s protocol.

Among those that didn’t appear to practice included safety Malik Hooker, wide receiver Parris Campbell and defensive tackle Tyquan Lewis.
