Colts claim former Eagles UDFA TE Noah Togiai off of waivers

The Philadelphia Eagles decided to waive talented tight end Noah Togiai, with the hope that he could return to the practice squad. Togiai will be in the NFL this season, but it will be with former Eagles assistant coach Frank Reich and the Indianapolis Colts.

Togiai is athletic and had a strong training camp, but the Eagles have Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert. The Colts run a lot of two-tight end formations similar to the Eagles and Togiai should find a role.
