Traffic is always extremely hectic on a Bank Holiday but the city centre practically came to a standstill on Friday.
A broken down Paddywagon tour bus was the reason behind the delays as lunchtime commuters tried to manoeuvre their way around College Green.
The famous green buses have been on the go since 1998, bringing tourists and locals alike around the country to see all that Ireland has to offer.

But, the only sights on view at around 1pm this afternoon were lines of annoyed commuters who were stuck behind the bus.
David Lynch posted a snap on Twitter showing the broken bus being pushed by a group of helpful lads.

He tweeted: "College Green complete standstill as paddy wagon broken down, Avoid area."
An eye-witness said that the: "Paddywagon Tour bus had its handbrake stuck on.
"It could not release rear brakes either after hitched to tow truck, they had to cut the brake line."
The breakdown caused the Luas to experience delays on its green line also.
They said: "The Road Traffic Accident is currently blocking the Luas tracks, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
