College Football Week 10 Free Predictions

Welcome to Week 10 of the college football season! Last week, we saw another huge upset as No. 5 Oklahoma was shocked by unranked Kansas State, 48-41, while Michigan edged Notre Dame, thus voiding their potential playoff hopes. This week, No. 8 Georgia travels to Jacksonville to take on No. 6 Florida, No. 15 SMU is at No. 24 Memphis in an AAC battle, while No. 9 Utah visits Seattle when they take on Washington.

*What a matchup in the SEC, though Georgia and Florida appeared to be a tad overrated and are coming off a bye week. Florida did beat South Carolina by 11 on Oct. 19, a team that shocked the Dawgs in overtime the week before from Athens. Both teams have strong defenses and want to run the ball. Georgia has the edge at quarterback. Take the points in this rivalry from a neutral site.
*This is a rare Top 25 matchup from the Group of Five conferences. SMU is 8-0 but will look to pass another big test tonight. This is a team that has already defeated TCU on the road, who just beat Texas.Memphis is an explosive team with their only loss coming at Temple by two points. However, the Tigers struggle to stop the run and the Mustangs will take advantage. Take the points with SMU.
*Utah has won four straight since losing at USC by seven on Sept. 20. Their defense has been incredible as they’ve held their last four conference opponents to just 23 combined points. Washington is coming off a tough, 35-31 home loss to Oregon at home on Oct. 19. They did have a week to prepare for this one and should be relatively healthy. Washington’s defense isn’t too shabby and they can throw the ball with Jacob Eason. Once again, take the points in this one with the Huskies to cover at home.
