College basketball player sets up game-winner with brilliant inbounds pass off defender

The Eastern Washington Eagles women’s basketball team found themselves trailing Northern Colorado by a point with 4.6 seconds to go in the Big Sky semifinal on Wednesday.

That was when freshman guard Jessica McDowell-White improvised for objectively the best game-winner we’ll see in any conference tournament game.

She threw the inbounds pass off the turned-around defender and made the winning layup … plus the foul. Seriously, nothing is going to top this play.

The Eagles would win, 59-57, to reach their first Big Sky title game since 1988.
