Colin Farrell has sold his Hollywood Hills house less than a week after putting it on the market for just under €1.35 million.
The three-storey mock-Tudor house has four bedrooms, hardwood floors and stained glass windows.
In Bruges star Farrell, 43, bought the house in 2010 with his then-girlfriend, Alicja Bachleda, for €1.1 million.
The front door opens from a garden courtyard to a living room with a fireplace and an office area, while the dining room opens to a balcony with an awning and canyon views.
The galley-style kitchen has an eating area, there is a ground-floor bedroom with its own entrance, and the master suite has a fireplace, a bathroom with a claw-fitted tub and access to a patio.
There are decks and terraces in the garden, which has mature trees and plants.
Farrell, who is currently filming the upcoming BBC mini-series The Dark Water, also owns a four-bedroom Italian-style villa in the Los Feliz Hills, which he bought in 2006 for €3.6 million according to Variety.
