The WAG, 36, posted a collage of images of the footballer alongside her and their four children on Monday and captioned the images: "Happy Birthday @waynerooney we love you.
“Thanks for everything you do for us."
She posted an array of pictures with the former England player, including two of him with his arms wrapped around their sons, Kai, 12, Klay, nine, Kit, six, and Cass, four.
In other images, the pair enjoy a sunny holiday and some nights out.
Just post comes days after it was reported that the Rooneys enjoyed a luxury family holiday after the mother-of-four’s win in the infamous "Wagatha Christie" trial involving fellow WAG Rebekah Vardy.
The Rooneys jetted off to the lavish five-star Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah in Dubai.
A source told The Sun: "Coleen’s clearly decided to put it to good use and relax in style.
"Everyone knows she loves a holiday, sometimes she goes on a dozen a year, but this is something else.
"Think luxury at the very highest end... first class. No expense has been spared."
Rebekah Vardy and her footballer husband Jamie will have been ordered to pay £1.5million of Rooney’s legal fees, £800,000 of which she is said to have to produce by November 15.
She will also need to pay her own fees, which are an estimated £2,017,860 in addition to approximately £200,000 of additional trial costs.
