Coleen Rooney has shared a video of her children exercising to Joe Wick's live school work out this morning.
Taking to Twitter, Coleen shared the video of her four sons, Kit, Kai, Klay and Cass, following the guidance of the fitness guru.
She captioned the video: "PE with @thebodycoach this morning!! Thanks [clapping emoji]".
In the video, all four of her boys can be seen joining in with the Body Coach's exercises and touching their toes, alternating from left to right, while swinging their arms.
Coleen's video currently has 1.5K likes on Twitter.
Social media users praised the mum for keeping her kids active.

Body Coach Joe Wicks launched his live school work out PE lessons for children who are at home during the coronavirus outbreak today.
The 33-year-old dad has vowed to become the ‘nation’s PE teacher’, while schools are closed under government coronavirus advice.
In an appearance on This Morning, Joe said he will be completing the PE lessons Monday to Friday live on his YouTube channel from 9am for as long as the schools stay closed.
