Coleen Rooney missed her husband Wayne's birthday today as she continues to battle an infection.
Earlier this week Coleen revealed that she had been forced to miss a trip to Barbados because she was suffering with an undisclosed illness.
The mum-of-four explained that she had to remain in the UK with her son Cass-Mac, whilst her husband Wayne touched down in the Caribbean island.
Uploading a cute picture of her youngest, Coleen said: "Lovely morning in the fresh air with Cass
"We had planned to be with the rest of our family in Barbados for half term break.
"Unfortunately I became poorly with an infection before we were due to leave.
"I am not able to join them for the time being, even though I am feeling better."
And today Coleen posted a photo of Wayne with the couple's four children: Kit, Klay, Kai and Cass Mac at Universal studios and wished him a happy birthday.
But she was noticeably absent from the picture.
Coleen captioned the photo: "Happy Birthday @waynerooney ... have a brilliant day with our boys!! All our love always xxx"
And Wayne also shared a photo of him with his sons, captioning the photo: "Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. Enjoying it with my boys."
And fans rushed to wish the former Everton footballer a Happy Birthday, but some asked where Coleen was.
Anticipating this, Coleen had earlier tweeted in reply to a comment. She said: "Thought I’d put it (her illness) out there before the stories start, as my children are getting photographed there and (I) am not with them."
