The WAG offered up the snap on Instagram to her 876K followers on Wednesday after the couple met the Somebody You Loved hitmaker backstage before his gig.
Noticeably slimmer as of late, the glamorous mum showcased her figure in a pair of fitted jeans.
Coleen dolled up for the occasion with her locks brushed behind her ears to reveal her statement designer Gucci earrings.
Chart-topping singer Lewis draped his arms over the married couple in a friendly fashion as they posed for the picture.
The footballer's wife gushed over the singer in a sweet comment.
"Mr Capaldi you were unbelievable," she wrote.
Coleen and Wayne enjoyed a romantic date night off parenting as they bonded over their mutual love of music.
The couple went out without their children: Kai, ten, Klay, six, Kit, three, and Cass, 23 months.
Their special date night comes in the days after the mum spent time with her squad of girlfriends over the weekend.
Coleen has been openly sharing on her social media account in recent weeks.
It followed after the footballer's wife waged war on Rebecca Vardy by accusing the star's Instagram account of leaking fake stories about her to the newspapers.
The scandal was dubbed Wagatha Christie after Coleen lifted the lid on her detective work last year.
The mother claimed to have found the culprit by planting fake stories on her Instagram stories and narrowing down the views to just Rebecca's account.
Rebecca has strongly denied the claims put forward by Coleen.
The WAG, who is married to Jamie Vardy, detailed her panic attacks following vile trolling while she was pregnant with baby number five Olivia amid the scandal.
She explained: "It was really hard. It was up there with one of the worst things I’ve had to deal with - apart from being abused by my step dad when I was younger."
