Queen of Aintree Coleen Rooney has officially confirmed she’ll be back home in Liverpool this summer - at least for the weekend.
Earlier today the mum-of-four announced via Instagram that she is “looking forward to taking the kids to the BBC Summer Social this August in the area we are from...Croxteth Liverpool”.
Coleen added: “Kit will be over the moon to meet Mr Tumble, Dr Ranj and Swashbuckle's Cook and Line!

“The older boys are excited about the biggest inflatable assault course in the world and live performances from stars such as - Busted, Pixie Lott, Max & Harvey and lots lots more!”
The summer event is returning for its second year at Croxteth Country Park on August 3 and 4, with a huge range of celebrities on the lineup.
Amongst the performers at BBC Summer Social this year are Busted, John Newman, Nina Nesbitt, Pixie Lott, Rak-Su and many more.
The event is even screening the brand new Horrible Histories Movie.
Coleen is currently living in the United States while her husband Wayne plays for DC United, so her UK fans are keen to welcome her home, leaving comments on her Instagram post.
One fan commented: “Looking forward to seeing you in Liverpool”, while another said “Can’t wait!”.
