Coldplay gush over Glasgow's Leo the Silent Raver in heartwarming clip

Coldplay have been enjoying their time visiting Glasgow while on tour, and they paid tribute to the city with an iconic video.

The band performed at Glasgow's Hampden Park on Tuesday, and will take to the stage for their final Scottish date of the tour tonight. While roaming the streets of the city, they came across a cultural icon, Leo the silent raver, and posted a video to Twitter.

The band wrote on the social media platform: "In Glasgow. Thank you everyone for having us here, Love C." In the video, a busker can be seen singing Dancing in the Dark by Bruce Springsteen as Leo dances alongside to the music.

Another said: "Also the guy on the left is living his best life!"

And a third wrote: "LEOOO!"

More comments read: "I thought for a sec, it was Chris Martin dancing!"

Another added: "Chris Martin kicking about Buchanan Street help!"

And finally, one concluded: "Love the style with which the dancer knocks his glasses off at the end and then nonchalantly picks them up."

Coldplay will return to Hampden Park on Wednesday, August 24 2022 for the final date of their Scottish leg of their UK tour.
