This week's Cocktail of the Week is a refreshingly Dublin twist on the classic Old Fashioned - the Teeling New(market) Fashioned.
The pioneering Dublin distillery has been posting recipes for cocktails they serve at their Bang Bang Bar, but simplified so that they can be made at home under lockdown conditions.
Their distillery is closed for tours, of course, but you can still order some of their fantastic spirits from Celtic Whiskey.
