This week, it's the whiskey-based Honey Highball, courtesy of Bushmills Irish Whiskey. Ideal to sip while relaxing in the garden on a sunny spring evening.
The Honey Highball is the perfect mix of sugar and spice.
The honey liqueur and triple sec compliment the sweet, warm notes of your chosen whiskey, while the strong flavours of the ginger ale and lemon juice bring the crisp, spicy finish of the whiskey to the fore.
