It will complete the brand new line up of bars and restaurants on Cardiff's Church Street and now the opening date for The Botanist has finally been announced.
It will be the first branch of The Botanist to open in Wales and will throw open its doors on Monday, February 10 at midday.
The Botanist specialises in serving an eclectic selection of botanical cocktails and will also offer cocktail masterclsses.
The menu features everything from kebabs and sharers to burgers as well as desserts and visitors will also be able to enjoy live music.
The Botanist will be among many new restaurants which have opened in Cardiff in recent months, including The Ivy, which has taken over the former Jamie's Italian building on The Hayes.

Meanwhile, the Church Street development features four new restaurants and the first - Mowgli Street Food - opened last summer.

It's since been joined by Vietnamese restaurant Pho and Honest Burgers , which also has venues in London, Manchester and Bristol and does what it says on the tin.
