Coca-Cola taking over your satnav, train station and buses for Christmas

Coca-Cola has launched its Christmas advert for 2019 and the brand is set to be seen everywhere this festive season - including on glowing buses and on your satnav.

The annual truck tour has already begun with the big red lorry visiting 19 locations up and down the country, spreading Christmas joy and giving away free drinks.

Now the TV advert has been launched and will be complemented by huge billboard posters and screens across the country as well as bus take-overs.

Kris Robbens, marketing director at Coca-Cola Great Britain and Ireland said: "For many people, the Coca-Cola Holidays Are Coming campaign signals the start of the festive season.

"This year, we’ve taken the iconic and much-loved campaign and made it the biggest yet by bringing back the elements people love and adding new partnerships, activity and special moments to bring it to life in even more ways that we hope our existing fans and new ones will love."

As well as on TV screens, the advert will be seen at train stations across the country and on buses - which will be fitted with 3D images and special lights.

Coca-Cola Christmas karaoke will also take over Piccadilly Square in London as well as Oxford Circus station where an igloo will pump out the scent of cinnamon - supporting Coke Cinnamon. There is also a new Coke Snapchat filter.

You can even get Santa on your satnav, thanks to Coke partnering with Waze, the GPS software app.
