Gas works will mean a Coatbridge road will be closed for a 12-hour spell during the next two weekends.
Russell Colt Street, from its junction with the B804 Coltswood Road to 25m east, is shutting from 8pm on Saturdays, August 21 and 28, until 8am the following days.
Drivers are asked to use Stewart Street, West George Street and Coltswood Road as alternative routes.
Meanwhile, another road in the town will be affected by a closure next month.
Bellvue Way in Carnbroe will shut between properties 40 and 46 from 9.30am to 6pm on September 14 for ironwork repairs; there won’t be any diversions available.
