Coatbridge photographer behind 'My Little People' creations enjoying success

A Coatbridge photographer renowned for his brilliant big ideas is looking forward to a superlative summer.

Stevie Spiers, 56, the creator of the popular My Little People business – which showcases images of tiny railway figures placed alongside props and locations – is welcoming Monklands residents along to sample his latest work in his shop at Glasgow’s Buchanan Galleries.

Stevie said: “The shop is called Scottish Design Exchange and it’s a wonderful base for us.

“We took part in our first trade show at the SEC in Glasgow earlier this year and My Little People was very warmly received by the public and industry insiders.

“We have been blown away with the response from new customers and are re-stocking the shop on a weekly basis; I am thrilled to give Advertiser readers a preview of a selection of my images.”
