The Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen said late on Thursday that it thwarted and destroyed four Houthi explosives-laden drones and a ballistic missile fired in the direction of the southern Saudi city of Jazan, Saudi state media reported.
The Arab Coalition said the drones and missile were shot down from the sky before they could hit their targets.
It stressed that it continues to take the necessary measures to protect civilians in line with international law.
