Two people escaped serious injury after a light aircraft crashed in Northern Ireland this evening.
Emergency services were called to the Annaghnaboe Road area, just outside Coalisland, at around 8.30pm on Wednesday night, May 15.
There were two people on board the light aircraft and they have been described as "walking wounded".

A spokesman for the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said: "We sent a rapid response paramedic and two doctors to the scene, the doctors were told to stand down as they were not required.
"The patients are walking wounded. The ambulance, police and fire were at the scene."
Sinn Féin Vice President Michelle O’Neill, who hails from the Clonoe area has commended the efforts of paramedics and the emergency services following the crash.
Michelle O’Neill said:“The crash of a light aircraft in a field in Clonoe has shocked the local community.
“Thankfully no one was seriously injured in this incident near the Annaghnaboe Road.
“I’d like to commend the emergency services on their response to this incident.
“I hope those involved make a full and speedy recovery."
An officer for PSNI Dungannon and South Tyrone said: "We are currently dealing with a light aircraft crash on the outskirts of Coalisland. All emergency services are involved.
