Coachella 2026: Karol G Headlines a Historic Lineup with the Return of Justin Bieber + Sabrina Carpenter

Coachella 2026 is turning up the volume on Latin music. The newly announced lineup places Colombian superstar Karol G at the top of Sunday's billing, making her the first Latina to close out the festival's iconic weekend. But she's far from alone: from regional Mexican to reggaeton and Latin pop, this year's festival shows just how deeply Latino artists have become central to global music culture.

The 2026 lineup also includes headliners Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, will also lead the massive nights at the Empire Polo Club in Indio from April 10–12 and April 17–19, 2026.

Karol G Makes History

After a record-breaking world tour and sold-out stadium shows across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe, Karol G will now bring her hits as well as her new album "Tropicoqueta" to the Coachella main stage. Her headlining slot on Sunday, April 12 and 19, underscores the unstoppable rise of Latin music in the international scene. It also cements her as one of the few Latinas to ever headline the festival, following in the footsteps of Bad Bunny's groundbreaking 2023 performance.

The announcement comes days after Karol G sang with Andrea Bocelli in The Vatican, and less than two weeks since La Bichota conquered Brazil and NFL fans, during the half-time of the pre-season in Sao Paulo.

More Latinos

Beyond Karol G, Latin genres are making their presence felt across the lineup. Acts like Los Hermanos Flores, representing El Salvador's iconic cumbia traditions, add a nostalgic, folkloric element. The lineup also leans into the corridos tumbados movement that has exploded globally, a scene often associated with stars like Natanael Cano and Peso Pluma, showing Coachella's recognition of the genre's cultural impact.

The Saturday stage includes Brazilian singer Luísa Sonza, bringing her fusion of pop, funk, and R&B. On Friday, Spain's BINI injects Latin pop into the mix, while crossover artists like AYYBO and ZULAN showcase the Latin diaspora's growing influence in electronic and experimental music.

Friday, April 10 & 17: Sabrina Carpenter's Moment

Pop sensation Sabrina Carpenter tops the Friday billing, solidifying her status as one of the industry's leading stars after a meteoric rise fueled by chart-topping hits and a sold-out world tour. She will be joined by an impressive roster including The xx, Nine Inch Noize, Disclosure, Turnstile, Ethel Cain, Dijon, and Moby, among others. Indie favorites Foster the People, Lykke Li, and Joyce Manor will also return to Coachella's stages.

Saturday, April 11 & 18: Bieber Returns to the Desert

Justin Bieber will headline Saturday, marking his first Coachella performance as the top-billed act. Bieber is expected to deliver a career-spanning set that blends his early pop anthems with his more recent R&B-influenced hits. Supporting acts include The Strokes, Giveon, Addison Rae, Labrinth, David Byrne, and Interpol, reflecting the festival's tradition of mixing mainstream stars with alternative legends. Rising global artists like AYYBO, Luisa Sonza, and Los Hermanos Flores will bring international flair to the Saturday lineup.

Sunday, April 12 & 19: Karol G Makes History

Closing the festival is none other than Karol G, who continues to break records as one of Latin music's most powerful figures. Fresh off her historic stadium tours, the Colombian reggaeton and pop star becomes the first Latina to headline Coachella's Sunday stage. She will be joined by Young Thug, Kaskade, BIGBANG, Major Lazer, Iggy Pop, FKA twigs, and WetLeg, blending hip-hop, EDM, K-pop, and alternative rock for a diverse finale.
